Today we leave Marrakech for Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Traveling by 4-wheel drive from Marrakech to Telouet across the Tizi n'Tichka mountain pass (2260m), you visit Glaoui Kasbah before embarking on your Morocco adventure biking tour with Treks Morocco.
Leaving Ait Benhaddou via the picturesque Taslmante Valley and Boutaghrar, you will visit an old troglodyte hamlet and may encounter nomadic Berbers living in caves passed down through generations of families. It may be feasible to pay a visit to one of these Berber households, have a delicious cup of mint tea, and learn more about their culture. Enjoy our Saghro Biking Tour.
Today you ride to N'kob, a Berber oasis village. When you first go out, your path will take you through the Dades Valley, which is located between the High Atlas Mountains and the Jbel Saghro Mountains (Jebel Sarhro). As you make your way into the Jbel Saghro Mountains, you travel via the Tizi n'Tzazert pass (2200m) and experience breathtaking panoramic views in every direction. Continue on to N'kob, a Berber oasis village at the foot of the Jbel Saghro Mountains. Nkob is where you'll spend the night.
Continuing your Moroccan desert mountain bike tour, you ride to the magnificent, apparently endless date palm plantations of the picturesque D'raa Valley — Morocco's largest date palm groves.
We are leaving the lovely Draa valley today. We take a short journey to the town of Ouarzazate. Cycle across Fint's oases. We relocate to a traditional hotel in the lovely city of Ouarzazate, which is well-known for filming and film studios.
Today, our van will transport us to Marrakech. We travel via the magnificent Tizi-n-Tichka pass, with breathtaking vistas. After arriving in Marrakech, you may tour the lively souks of the ancient town. End of Saghro Biking Tour.
